About lcscounselling3000

When life feels heavy, it can take real courage to reach out. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk freely—without judgment, without pressure, and without having to pretend.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not quite yourself, I'll listen—without rushing you or telling you what to do. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening. At your pace. In your own time.

The Heart of My Work

I created this practice because I believe everyone deserves to be truly heard.

I've worked with people from all walks of life—young people, adults, couples, and families; across genders, ages, abilities, and backgrounds. I've supported people through addiction, trauma, overwhelming stress, anger, relationship breakdowns, and the quiet exhaustion of just trying to hold it all together.

Connection is the heart of real change. When you feel truly seen and accepted just as you are, it becomes easier to let go of old patterns and build a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more like you.

I'll never judge you, criticise you, or tell you what to do. Instead, we work together—at your pace—to find solutions that fit your life and your values.

I offer online sessions across the globe, and in-person sessions locally in Glasgow. You choose what works best for you

I'm here when you're ready.

What makes My approach Different

know it can feel daunting to reach out. You might wonder if you'll be judged, if you'll be understood, or if counselling will actually help. I want to put your mind at ease.

Here's what you can expect when you work with me:

A warm, confidential space – You can speak freely. Nothing you say will leave the room. No judgment. No pressure.

A truly inclusive welcome – Whatever your age, gender, identity, background, or relationship structure, you are welcome here. I use the language you prefer—gender-neutral or gender-specific, exactly as you choose.

Practical AND emotional support – We'll explore how you feel, but we'll also look at what you can do to feel better. Real help for real life.

Professional and ethical – I work to the highest UK counselling standards. You can trust that you're in safe, competent hands.

Specialist couples training – Relationships can be complicated. I have the training and experience to help you navigate them.

Years of experience – I've supported people through stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, and much more. Whatever you're carrying, I'm confident I can help.

What Happens in a Session

When you come to a session with me, you will be listened to – truly. Not the kind of listening that waits for a pause to jump in, but deep, quiet attention that helps you hear your own thoughts more clearly.

You will be seen, not analysed. I'm not here to label you or fit you into a box. I'm here to understand your world—from your perspective.

Many clients tell me that simply saying things out loud in a safe space—without being interrupted, corrected, or minimised—lifts a weight they didn't realise they were carrying.

You will receive real, practical support alongside genuine warmth. We won't just talk about feelings. We'll also find small, manageable steps that help you feel calmer, more connected, and more in control.

Everything we do is confidential, ethical, and built on warm, human connections.
