Sometimes we need a little extra support—whether it's a listening ear, practical advice, or simply knowing where to turn. Explore these recommended organisations offering free, confidential support for a range of challenges.

A free, confidential phone line for anyone in Scotland feeling low, anxious or depressed.
Weekdays: 6pm to 2am (Monday to Thursday)
