Wherever You Are.
Whether you are struggling with anger or stress that feels out of control, feeling disconnected from your partner or children, navigating big life changes, or simply finding life hard to manage right now, I am here to listen and support you.
People of all ages – children, teenagers, adults and older adults, regardless of background, relationship status or gender identity. My approach is fully inclusive, flexible and non-judgemental

Children & Young People
Counselling for Children & Young People
A safe space for children and young people to be themselves.
When children struggle, it doesn't always show up in words. Sometimes it's anger, withdrawal, or behaviour that's hard to understand.
I offer a gentle, safe space where they can express themselves—through talking, drawing, play, or simply being heard. I'll meet them where they are, without judgment or pressure.
I can help with:
- Big feelings (anxiety, anger, sadness)
- Friendship difficulties
- Changes at home or in the family
- Low confidence or self-esteem
- Behaviour that feels hard to manage
- Simply feeling that something isn't right
Older People
Compassionate support for life's later chapters.
The later stages of life can bring unexpected challenges—retirement, changing health, loss of loved ones, or simply feeling that life looks different now than you imagined. Sometimes it's loneliness, health worries, or looking back and wondering what it all meant.
Whatever you're feeling, it's valid—and you don't have to carry it alone.
I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore whatever's on your mind—at your pace, without judgment.
I can help with:
-
Life transitions – retirement, downsizing, or adjusting to change
-
Loneliness and isolation
-
Health worries – your own or caring for someone else
-
Looking back – making sense of life experiences, regrets, or unfinished business
-
Grief and loss
-
Changes in relationships with adult children, grandchildren, or partners
-
Anxiety and low mood
-
Finding peace – letting go of old patterns
I'll listen—without rushing you, without judging you, and without telling you what to do.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Counselling
A Safe Space – Exactly As You Are
You deserve to be seen, heard, and respected—without question, without explanation, and without judgment.
This is a space where you can be yourself—exactly as you are. I welcome people of all gender identities and sexual orientations—non-binary, genderfluid, transgender, agender, genderqueer, intersex, cisgender, lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, queer—or any identity or orientation that feels right for you.
You don't need to have anything figured out. You just need to show up as you—and I'll meet you there.
What You Can Expect
Your pronouns, your name, your identity – I'll use the language you prefer, without question. If that changes, just tell me—and I'll adapt.
No assumptions, no explanations required – I won't assume anything about your body, your relationships, your history, or your identity. You share what feels right, when it feels right.
A confidential, affirming space – Everything stays between us. No judgment. No discrimination.
Practical AND emotional support – We'll explore how you feel, and we'll also look at what you can do to feel better. Real help for real life.
Someone who walks beside you—not above you – I'll never judge you, criticise you, or tell you what to do.
